1921-27 Opt. 'CHINA' 2nd issue 1c to $2 complete set in blocks of 4, except $1 and $2 in horizontal pairs. Each
multiple contains the constant plate flaw known as "Cigarette" variety. Additionally 50cts from 1st issue in hozirontal
pair with the same variety (illustrated on page 30 of Perrin's book). Hinged and toned, but still extremely rare to
