faint 'Boli' char. cds, plus 'Insurance seal stamp' in purple x 3, each with
opt. red char. 'Free' and tied by char. private chop in red char. circle, on
front handstamped 'Reg' in black char. frame cachet and 'Boli Post and
Telegraph Office/169' in black char. frame box. Center vertically folded
and some creasing, very rare commercial use of 'Insurance seal stamp'
