Dragon wide margin 3 cand brown red, tied by 'PEKING' seal chop in blue, 'I.G. OF CUSTOMS/PEKING/22.4.82', 'CUSTOMS/
TIENTSIN/22.4.82' and 'CUSTOMS/SHANGHAI/28.4.82' transit cds, 'NEWYORK/6.6.82' and single ring 'PAID ALL' cancel
in black. Extremely rare mixed franking with Japan.
