Combination Wei Hai Wei & China Postage cover sent from Chefoo to Hong Kong, franked on front with Wei Hai Wei Courier Post 1st issue 5c black on red and CIP Coiling Dragon 2c deep red x 2, all tied by two strikes of CHEFOO 12 JAN 99 dollar daters, backstamped HONG KONG E JA 19 99 arrival cds, fap missing, scarce. The 5c stamp appears to have had the "P" of "CP" added after the original "P" was inadvertently cut off when separating the stamps. (Chan LWH2 & 106). Photo
